REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at A Dessert Affair  take great pride and care in preparing our baked and savoury products as well as packing each individual item by hand.
If for any reason you are not happy with the product or may have received an incorrect order, please get in touch with us immediately via call / WhatsApp on 990327-0506 or email us at adabakerykolkata@gmail.com so we can review it and have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
In case of any incorrect orders or any damaged packages we will do our best to replace this order, or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit (subject to order review).

 For Cancellations, please get in touch with us, we will assist you, a store credit/refund will be possible within 24- 48 hours from the time of cancellation request.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done, ONLY if your order has not been dispatched. For any customized product (such as celebration cakes, gift hampers), cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance.

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been dispatched yet then in such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

 

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

In case of cancellation before dispatch, we process the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

  • For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
